Ngalaah joined Ethos in 1999 as an Associate. Since that time, he has had direct involvement in five portfolio companies, playing a significant role in business building, particularly in areas of strategy formulation and business restructuring in the engineering, franchising, retail and financial services sectors.
Ngalaah leads Ethos’ sub-Saharan Africa strategy and headed up the firm’s investor relations activities during the successful raising of Ethos Funds V and VI. He recently led Ethos' investment into Eaton Towers, a leading pan-African, independent provider of shared telecom towers.
